This is the frontispiece ( 'frontispiece' being an illustrated title page of a book ) for the Alice in Wonderland Folio, hand signed by Dali.
It depicts the golden silhouette of Alice: skipping a rope, frozen in time above her head - signifying "eternal youth." This image features across most prints in the suite.

In 1969, Random House Publishing ( Maecenas Press - Random House, New York ) commissioned Salvador Dali to illustrate a special, limited edition, of the Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carrol ( 1865. )
This English fairytale follows Alice, a young Victorian girl who chases a white rabbit down into a wondrous, imaginary land, full of fantastical creatures.
Dali's original illustrations were painted in gouache; the official reproductions were manufactured using a heliogravure printing technique, producing robust, coloured images. Copies were sold within a decorative folio, typically 'bound' together - as a book.
This specific suite was acquired unbound, allowing the prints to be easily removed and framed for display; the frames themselves are archival and glazed with UV reductive glass to preserve each picture.
