1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Wednesday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipment.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • dAda mUse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • dAda mUse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
