ABOUT THE PIECE
“I must put out the rubbish, sort out the rates bill, check the dental appointment”, … and so it goes. A life festooned with the urgent but blissfully unaware of the important. Imaginings of the everyday led to this work (with a little thanks to Orwell for the aspidistra symbol).
